EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in the field of Computer Science or related
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP).
Continuous Learning:
Commitment to ongoing professional development through courses, workshops, and seminars to stay current with evolving technologies and industry standards.
EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years of experience in LAN and WLAN networking
- Experience with Wi-Fi Technologies (RF, SSID, 802.11 etc)
- Basic/Intermediate knowledge of Cisco WLAN functionality
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Understanding of Wi-Fi networking principles and protocols.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP networking and protocols
- Familiarity with wireless equipment and tools (e.g. APs, WLCs, Survey tools).
- Ability to troubleshoot wireless network issues.
- Capability to write effective network documentation.
LANGUAGES
- Business fluent in English (written and spoken)
